In light of recent encouragement from state and local governing officials, we are practicing physical distancing in all services. We are meeting indoors now through the winter months, Sundays at 10 AM. Masks are available but not required in our main auditorium.
For anyone that desires to wear a mask, and only be in proximity to others wearing masks for the duration of the meeting, we are reserving the balcony and the multi-purpose room as areas to be occupied only by those keeping masks on for the entire service.
We have begun offering a nursery and GraceKids class for children up to five years of age. Drop off begins 10 minutes before the service. (Parents are always welcome to keep children with them in the main meeting if they prefer. We have coloring pages and sheets for taking notes available if desired.)
We disinfect all building surfaces each week and fog with a plant based, EPA-registered bactericide, virucide, tuberculocide and fungicide that contains no harmful chemicals. In addition, we recently installed ionizers on all air handlers to kill airborne contaminants and keep them from circulating in the building.
If you are sick, have been sick, or have had a sick member of your household in the past 7 days, please refrain from gathering with us in person as an act of love to those that are most vulnerable to the more serious effects of the virus. For those unable to join us in person, we continue to livestream our Sunday services. Join us via live stream.
Our care groups also meet in a mixture of in-person and online formats. If you are not part of a care group, and would like to get connected, contact us: church@rgcsc.org.
